What is Lumeo?
Launched in December 2024, Lumeo is a new health information system for the southeastern Ontario region, connecting people and healthcare providers with one secure, shared medical record system across our partner organizations:
- Brockville General Hospital
- Kingston Health Sciences Centre
- Lennox and Addington County General Hospital
- Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital
It’s an efficient and secure way for your healthcare providers to share information, and for you to access your medical record and information about your health history, appointments, test results and treatments.
The Lumeo electronic medical record system benefits everyone.

repeat your health history and more time talking about you and your care
