Frequently Called Numbers

Effective November 4, 2025, the Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital has updated the phone system to serve you better! Each hospital site continues to have the same number. Simply dial the main number and follow the new voice prompts to reach the department you need.

Please note: Many departments now have new extension numbers, so be sure to listen carefully to the updated menu options when you call.

If you are unsure which department to contact, dial “0” for Switchboard, and our team will assist you.

You can also reach us by email at webinquiry@psfdh.on.ca. Messages sent to this general mailbox will be reviewed and forwarded to the appropriate person or department.  This is not to be used for specific medical/health record information requests.
