The Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital (PSFDH) is inviting enthusiastic and skilled individuals from our community to take part in realizing its vision by serving as voluntary members on the Board of Directors.

 

Members are selected based on criteria outlined in the application form and are appointed to renewable terms of up to three years. Time commitments for this volunteer position are approximately 5-10 hours per month (inclusive of Board and Committee meetings).
