With a the new mission, vision and set of values, PSFDH will focus precious resources on tangible goals to improve the care that is delivered and ensure the future sustainability of hospital. 

The organization developed the strategic priorities for the coming year and beyond. The priorities have attainable goals that will see work focused on:

• Reducing injurious falls
• Improving patient flow
• Improving OR efficiency
• Improving the physical infrastructure
• Supporting and empowering PSFDH staff and physicians
• Securing much needed operating and capital dollars
