Great War Memorial Hospital Auxiliary (Perth)
The GWM Auxiliary Gift Shop is located at the GWM
Site. The gift shop is
only open Monday to Friday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. (closed on Saturday and Sunday.) There
is no active screening at present upon entering the hospital. There is an
information sheet which people are expected to review. Currently there is no requirement for masking to enter
the gift shop, however, it is a personal preference.
The shop offers a wide selection
of lovely gifts, both seasonal and every day, and there is something for
everyone. We accept debit/credit cards to complete purchases.
The shop is run entirely by the GWM Auxiliary Volunteers and all proceeds are donated to the hospital for the purchase of equipment to assist the patients at the hospital.
Since 1922, the GWM Auxiliary has helped the hospital meet the health needs of our community. Your contribution can make a difference! The Auxiliary supports programs and services such as:
- Information Desk/Portering
- Meal Assist
- Tea & Toast
- Clinics
- Crafts/Knitting
- Gift Shop
- Hospital Elder Life Program
- Fundraising Events and Event Planning
- Bursaries to graduating high school students entering a health care field

The Smiths Falls Community Hospital Auxiliary supports various projects, programs and services such as:
